Abstract : Department of Tourism and Culture of West Java Province has a goal to run and implement the vision and mission of the West Java government and make West Java to be a world-class cultural and tourist destination, The system information of Recruitment and wage of contract labor at Department of Tourism and Culture of West Java Province is still not optimal, because Department of Tourism and Culture of West Java Province is not have a recruitment and remuneration procedures, incomplete documents in the recruitment and wage process, and do not have a reports of recruitment and remuneration procedures of contract labor. Based on this case, The purpose of the research is to analyze the process of the recruitment and wage information system and to find out how the design of information systems recruitment and wage which is applied at Tourism and Culture office of West Java Province. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis whereas for system development method that is using FAST method (Framework for Application of System Technique) in the form of stages in system development through several phases and activities undertaken. The result from this research is a system design of recruitment and wage system that can according to office needs, and to minimizing problems. as for the results of system improvements there are, document, system and procedure which strengthens the internal control, the database usage that is able to support data management and to produce an effective and efficient information in decision making as well as accountabilityKeywords : Design, FAST Method, Information System Abstrak : Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Barat adalah salah satu dinas yang memiliki tujuan membantu berjalan dan terselenggaranya visi dan misi pemeritah Jawa Barat dan menjadikan Jawa Barat sebagai pusat budaya dan destinasi wisata berkelas dunia. Namun Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Barat masih belum mempunyai prosedur perekrutan dan pengupahan pegawai Honorer yang baik dan tidak lengkapnya dokumen dalam proses perekrutan dan pengupahan pegawai honorer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis aktivitas sistem informasi perekrutan dan pengupahan dan bagaimana rancangan sistem informasi perekrutan dan pengupahan yang di terapkan pada Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Barat.. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif analisis sedangkan untuk metode pengembangan sistem yaitu menggunakan metode FAST (Framework for Application of System Technique) berupa tahapan dalam pengembangan sistem melalui beberapa fase dan aktivitas yang dilakukan. Hasil dari perancangan yang dilakukan analis yaitu sebuah rancangan informasi perekrutan dan pengupahan yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Provinsi Jawa Barat dalam menghadapi permasalahan yang terjadi. Adapun keunggulan sistem yang di hasilkan yaitu dokumen, sistem dan prosedur yang memperkuat pengendalian internal, serta penggunaan database yang mampu mendukung pengelolaan data yang mampu menghasilkan informasi yang efektif dan efisien dalam pengambilan keputusan maupun pertanggung jawaban.Kata Kunci : Perancangan, Metode FAST, Sistem Informasi |
