dc.description abstrack : This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment on auditor performance. The population in this study is the auditor who works in the Public Accountant Office in Bandung City. The sample used in this study were 83 respondents. The sampling technique uses random sampling technique with Slovin formula. The data used in this study is primary data. Data collection method uses a questionnaire method. Hypothesis Testing Analysis uses normality test, multicolinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 software. The results showed that Emotional Intelligence had a positive and significant effect on auditor performance. Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on auditor performance. Keywords : Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Commitment, Auditor Performance Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja auditor. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah auditor yang bekerja pada Kantor Akuntan Publik di Kota Bandung. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 83 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan rumus slovin. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner. Analisis Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kecerdasan Emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor. Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor. Kata kunci : Kecerdasan Emosional, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Auditor.
