Abstract. The emergence of PSAK No.19 of 2000 on intangible assets, in which intangible assets are non-monetary assets that are identified without physical form and are held for use in the purpose of producing administrative objectives. Problems faced by banks in Indonesia is the inefficiency of banking performance so far. From the facts obtained, there are still many banking sectors that experienced a decline in financial performance seen from ROA. Based on the synthesis above, this study aims to find out whether the disclosure of intellectual capital and good corporate governance seen from three aspects, namely institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and independent commissioners have an influence on financial performance assessed from ROA. This research uses descriptive and quantitative methods. This method is used to test the predefined hypothesis. The data used in this study is secondary, with documentation techniques, taken from the annual report in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2014-2016. Analytical tool to test the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 22 program. Based on the research that has been made, it can be concluded that the disclosure of intellectual capital and good corporate governance significantly influence the financial performance of the company.Keywords: Intellectual Capital Disclosure, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership, Financial Performance. Munculnya PSAK No.19 tahun 2000 tentang aktiva tidak berwujud, dimana aset tidak berwujud adalah aset non-moneter yang teridentifikasi tanpa wujud fisik serta dimiliki untuk digunakan dalam menghasilkan tujuan administratif. Masalah yang dihadapi perbankan di Indonesia adalah belum efisiennya kinerja perbankan selama ini. Dari fakta yang didapat, masih banyaknya sektor-sektor perbankan yang mengalami penurunan kinerja keuangan dilihat dari ROA. Berdasarkan sintesa diatas, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengungkapan intellectual capital dan good corporate governance yang dilihat dari tiga aspek, yaitu kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, dan komisaris independen memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan dinilai dari ROA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Metode ini digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sekunder, dengan teknik dokumentasi, diambil dari annual report yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) 2014-2016. Alat analisis untuk menguji hipotesis yaitu analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dibuat, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengungkapan intellectual capital dan good corporate governance berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan.Kata kunci: Pengungkapan Intellectual Capital, Kepemilikan Institusional, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kinerja Keuangan.
