Abstract.. Toko Cahaya Gemilang is a company that sells electronic necessities for home purposes, and other electrical equipment. The problems faced by the company are that there are multiple functions that occur, there is no supervision from the owner of activities that occur in the company, the purchasing, inventory, sales, and there are no reports in each section to be reported to the owner of the company. The purpose of the information system design in this company is to improve control in the company and to make the operational process effective and efficient. The method used in the design made by the author is the FAST method (Framework For Application Of System Technique), so that the end result of the development of this system is well structured and clear. The author's design results are the design of goods management information systems for the purchasing, inventory, sales, to support the company's activities along with the design of inputs, processes, outputs, which are integrated with the database and the interface designed by the author that will improve the quality of information systems and company objectives. reached optimally.Keywords: FAST Method, Design, Information SystemAbstrak. Toko Cahaya Gemilang merupakan perusahaan yang menjual keperluan elektronik untuk keperluan rumah, dan alat keperluan listrik lainnya.Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh perusahaan yaitu adanya rangkap fungsi yang terjadi, tidak ada pengawasan dari pemilik atas aktivitas yang terjadi di perusahaan, bagian pembelian, persediaan, penjualan,serta tidak ada laporan disetiap bagian untuk dilaporkan kepada pemilik perusahaan,.Tujuan dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi di perusahaan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengendalian diperusahaan serta agar proses operasional menjadi efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan yang dibuat oleh penulis adalah metode FAST (Framework For Application Of System Technique), sehingga hasil akhir dari pengembangan sistem ini terstruktur dengan baik dan jelas. Hasil perancangan yang dibuat penulis adalah perancangan sistem informasi pengelolaan barang untuk bagian pembelian, persediaan, penjualan, untuk menunjang aktivitas perusahaan beserta rancangan input, proses, output, yang terintegrasi dengan database serta interface yang dirancang penulis yang akan meningkatkan kualitas sistem informasi dan tujuan perusahaan bisa tercapai dengan maksimal.
