This paper aims to describe the macroeconomic performance characteristics of FTZ in Batam, Bintan and Karimun through macroeconomic data of Batam, Bintan and Karimun through simultaneous equation econometric model. The data used are LPE data, investment, labor, exports, imports, wages, demand for imported goods and large and retail trade for the period on 2006-2015. Based on the model estimation, there is a mutual relationship between LPE and labor in Batam and Bintan, whereas in Karimun there is a mutual relationship between LPE with investment and export with import. In Batam, there is a negative relationship of investment to LPE, this is because the magnitude of the multiplier effect of Batam investment growth has not been fully absorbed by the local economy. The large and retail trade in Bintan can affect the export and import value in Karimun, meaning that Bintan and Karimun have cooperative relationships in trade distribution. And the large trade and retail in Karimun can affect the value of imports in Batam and Bintan, that is, some of Karimun's products are supplied to Batam and Bintan. The most important indicator of macroeconomic performance in Karimun are investment. There is an economic linkage between Batam, Bintan and Karimun linked by large trading and retail (PBE). PBE Karimun cooperates well with PBE Batam and Bintan. While there is a trade competition between PBE Batam with PBE Bintan. This is because the location of Batam and Bintan are close together as well as their production of the same or substitution. |

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan karakteristik kinerja makroekonomi FTZ di Batam, Bintan dan Karimun melalui data makroekonomi Batam, Bintan dan Karimun melalui model ekonometrik persamaan simultan. Data yang digunakan adalah data LPE, investasi, tenaga kerja, ekspor, impor, upah, permintaan barang impor dan perdagangan besar dan eceran periode 2006-2015. Berdasarkan hasil estimasi model tersebut, terdapat hubungan timbal balik antara LPE dengan tenaga kerja di Batam dan Bintan, sedangkan di Karimun terdapat hubungan timbal balik antara LPE dengan investasi dan ekspor dengan impor. Di Batam, Terdapat hubungan negative dari investasi terhadap LPE, hal ini disebabkan besarnya multiplier effect dari pertumbuhan investasi Batam belum bias diserap sepenuhnya oleh pereknomian setempat. Perdagangan besar dan eceran di Bintan, dapat mempengaruhi nilai ekspor dan impor di Karimun, artinya antara Bintan dan Karimun memiliki hubungan kerja sama dalam distribusi perdagangan. Dan Perdagangan besar dan eceran di Karimun dapat mempengaruhi nilai impor di Batam dan Bintan, artinya, sebagian hasil produksi Karimun di pasok ke Batam dan Bintan. Indikator yang paling mempengaruhi kinerja makroekonomi di Karimun adalah investasi. Terdapat keterkaitan ekonomi antara Batam, Bintan dan Karimun yang dihubungkan oleh perdagangan besar dan eceran (PBE). PBE Karimun bekerjasama dengan baikdengan PBE Batam dan Bintan. Sedangkan terdapat persaingan perdagangan antaran PBE Batam dengan PBE Bintan. Hal ini disebabkan letak Batam dan Bintan yang saling berdekatan juga hasil produksi mereka sama atau substitusi. |
