The development of West Java International Airport (BIJB) is the realization of development plans of the West Java Province. It was then made into national development. In the construction of BIJB, government procures land with the release of land from the people who are paid compensation by the government. The land is mostly agricultural land, resulting in land conversion from agriculture to non-agriculture. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of land use changes caused by development of BIJB on the socioeconomic conditions of the community and the level of rice productivity around Kertajati, Majalengka. This research used quantitative method. The data were collected by interviews and questionnaires in which the sample collection technique is the random sampling with a total sample of 99 samples. The method of data analysis used different test Statistics Average: Test Samples Couples. |

Pembangunan Bandara Internasional Jawa Barat (BIJB) merupakan realisasi rencana pembangunan Provinsi Jawa Barat yang kemudian dijadikan kedalam pembangunan nasional. Dalam pembangunan BIJB ini pemerintah melakukan pengadaan tanah dengan pelepasan tanah dari masyarakat yang dibayar ganti rugi oleh pemerintah. Tanah yang dilepas ini sebagian besar merupakan tanah pertanian, sehingga mengakibatkan alih fungsi lahan dari pertanian ke non-pertanian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak alih fungsi lahan yang diakibatkan oleh pembangunan BIJB terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat dan tingkat produktivitas padi di sekitar Kertajati Kabupaten Majalengka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif, dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan angket dimana teknik pengumpulan sampel berupa random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 99 sampel. Sedangkan untuk metode analisis data nya menggunakan Statistika Uji Beda Rata-rata: Paired Samples T Test (Uji Sampel Berpasangan). |
