Convection in the Suci region of Bandung is a business that has been established since the era of monetary crisis in Indonesia. It continues to grow today. Suci convection business development cannot be separated from a partnership run by the businesses convections. The aim of this study is to determine patterns of partnership that have been established by the operators of convection and the benefits of such a partnership. This study uses the theory of a partnership under the Act. Respondents in this study are the business-owners on the convection area between Surapati-Cicaheum Road. The method used in this research is descriptive method that describes the status of human groups, an object of an asset condition, a system of thought or a class of events in the present. The results of research show that the partnership pattern contained on Suci convection business is a partnership subcontracting and partnership schemes plasma core. The partnership pattern that has been running this provides many benefits to businesses this Suci convection. The businesses have benefited the owners of convection and supporting businesses, which consists of businesses setting design, sewing business, and business screen-printing. |

Usaha konveksi di kawasan Suci Bandung merupakan usaha yang telah berdiri lama sejak krisis moneter di Indonesia dan terus berkembang sampai saat ini. Perkembangan usaha konveksi Suci tidak lepas dari kemitraan yang dijalankan oleh pelaku usaha konveksi ini.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui polakemitraan apa saja yang telah di jalankan oleh para pelaku usaha konveksi serta apa saja manfaat dari pola kemitraan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori tentang pola kemitraan berdasarkan Undang-Undang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pedagang konveksi yang berada di jalan antara Surpati-Cicaheum. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yang menjelaskan tentang status kelompok manusia, suatu objek suatu aset kondisi, suatu sistem pemikiran ataupun suatu kelas peristiwa pada masa sekarang. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan pola kemitraan yang terdapat pada usaha konveksi Suci ini adalah pola kemitraan subkontrak dan pola kemitraan inti plasma. Pola Kemitraan yang telah berjalan ini, memberikan banyak manfaat untuk para pelaku usaha konveksi Suci ini. Para pelaku usaha yang mendapatkan manfaat ini yaitu para pedagang konveksi dan usaha supporting yang terdiri dari usaha desain setting, usaha penjahitan, dan usaha penyablonan. |
