dc.description Abstrak. PKL adalah bentuk pekerjaan informal yang ditekuni banyak orang, dimana kelompok ini tidak mampu bersaing dalam sektor formal. Karakteristik dari PKL diantaranya memiliki modal usaha kecil, menjual barang dagang di jalanan, waktu kerja penuh, anggota keluarga membantu berdagang, memiliki target pembeli dengan daya beli rendah, dan lain sebagainya.                Kota Bandung sebagai salah satu kota besar di Indonesia memiliki kontribusi sektor perdagangan terhadap PDRB cukup besar, yaitu 24,44% pada tahun 2016. Pusat keramaian di kota yang mendorong munculnya lokasi PKL yang menyebar di Kota Bandung. Jumlah PKL terbanyak di Kota Bandung terdapat di Kecamatan Regol sebanyak 3.263 pedagang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menentukan lokasi berdagang PKL di Kecamatan Regol.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data primer dan data sekunder. Jumlah sampel menggunakan perhitungan Slovin sehingga dapat ditentukan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala likert terhadap data variabel lingkungan masyarakat, pesaingan, kebijakan pemerintah, dan fasilitas yang diolah melalui SPSS versi 23. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel lingkungan masyarakat, pesaing, kebijakan pemerintah dan fasilitas merupakan faktor-faktor yang menentukan lokasi berdagang PKL di Kecamatan Regol. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor yang menentukan lokasi berdagang PKL di Kecamatan Regol adalah variabel kebijakan pemerintah.Kata Kunci: Pedagang Kaki Lima, Sektor Informal, Kota Bandung. Abstract. PKL is a form of informal work that many people pursue, where this group is unable to compete in the formal sector. Characteristics of PKL include having small business capital, selling merchandise on the streets, full working time, family members helping to trade, having buyers with low purchasing power, and so on.The city of Bandung as one of the major cities in Indonesia has a large contribution to the trade sector of GRDP, which is 24.44% in 2016. Crowd centers in the city that encourage the emergence of street vendors in Bandung. The highest number of street vendors in Bandung City is in Regol Subdistrict as many as 3,263 traders. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that determine the location of trading street vendors in Regol District.This research uses quantitative descriptive method with primary data and secondary data. The number of samples using Slovin calculation so that it can be determined the number of samples as many as 100 respondents. Measurements used are likert scale on data on community environmental variables, competition, government policies, and facilities processed through SPSS version 23. From the results of the study it is known that community environmental variables, competitors, government policies and facilities are factors that determine the location of street vendors trading. in Regol District. From the results of the study shows the factors that determine the location of trading street vendors in Regol District are government policy variables.Keywords: Street Vendors, Informal Sector, Bandung City.
