The background of this study is the Indonesian demographic situation that is entering a period of demographic bonus with its opportunities. As the provincial capital, which has the largest population in Indonesia, Bandung is the center of economic activity in West Java. Armed with a lot of population and economic activity, the City of Bandung is very interesting to be studied on how it takes advantage of opportunities from demographic bonus. The purpose of this study is to determine how to identify and analyze the readiness map of Bandung based on the quality of the population, the provision of quality jobs, the number of family savings, control of population growth, and participation of women in the labor market taking advantage of opportunities Demographic Bonus. The method used in this study was radar graph function to display the data. The indicator used in this study has been calculated by using the weights obtained by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The sample of this study covers two respondents and one resource that comes from the BAPPEDA Bandung) and an expert, the perpetrator of the area of residence, a Lecturer in Geography Education Department of the Indonesia University of Education. |

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh kondisi kependudukan Indonesia yang memasuki masa peluang bonus demografi. Sebagai pusat Ibukota provinsi yang memiliki jumlah penduduk terbesar di Indonesia, Kota Bandung menjadi pusat aktivitas perekonomian di Jawa Barat. Dengan berbekal jumlah penduduk yang banyak serta pusat aktivitas perekonomian maka Kota Bandung menarik untuk diteliti bagaimana kondisinya dalam memanfaatkan peluang bonus demografi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana mengetahui dan menganalisis peta kesiapan Kota Bandung dilihat dari kualitas penduduk, penyediaan lapangan pekerjaan berkualitas, jumlah tabungan keluarga, pengendalian pertumbuhan penduduk, dan partisipasi perempuan dalam pasar kerja dalam memanfaatkan peluang Bonus Demografi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah diagram radar (radar graph) yang berfungsi untuk menampilkan data yakni indikator-indikator yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yang telah dihitung menggunakan bobot yang diperoleh dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 2 responden dan 1 narasumber yang berasal dari, pelaku dari (BAPPEDA Kota Bandung) 1 responden dan 1 narasumber, pelaku dari bidang kependudukan (Dosen Pendidikan Geografi Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia) 1 responden. |
