Abstract. The purpose of this study is to estimate the economic model that is able to identify and estimate what factors drive the level of compliance of street vendors and their potential violations. The method used is qualitative response (QR) with microeconometric approach. The data used are primary data obtained through survey of respondents and assisted with the questionnaire, then secondary data used for preliminary research. Model estimation using an ordered logit with an estimate of marginal effects with a significance level of 5 percent. There are three independent variables that can increase the odds of compliance is the variable PKL will be obedient that is, income outside the street vendors, social pressure from the community and the green zone advantage while increasing the chances of violation is the variable rate of punishment. as a whole, assuming that the income outside the street vendors is 1,020, the social pressure of the community of 1,720, the green zone gain of 3,310 and the last 1,980 punishment rate, the chances of street vendors explain that 10 percent of street vendors will be offenders and opportunists and 90 percent of street vendors will become obedient.JEL Code : K42Keywords :Illegal Behavior And The Enforcement Law, Breach Opportunities And Street Vendors Abstark. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengestimasi model ekonomi yang mampu mengidentifikasi dan mengestimasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang mendorong tingkat kepatuhan pedagang kaki lima serta peluang pelanggarannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah qualitative response (QR) dengan pendekatan mikroekonometrika. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui survey terhadap responden dan dibantu dengan kuesioner, kemudian data sekunder digunakan untuk penelitian awal. Estimasi model menggunakan ordered logit dengan estimasi efek marjinal dengan tingkat signifikansi 5 persen.. Terdapat tiga variabel independen yang dapat meningkatkan peluang kepatuhana dalah variabel PKL akan menjadi patuh yaitu, pendapatan diluar PKL, tekanan sosial dari masyarakat dan keuntungan zona hijau sedangkan yang meningkatkan peluang pelanggaran adalah variabel tingkat hukuman. secara keseluruhan, dengan asumsi bahwa pendapatan diluar PKL sebesar 1.020, tekanan sosial dari masyarakat sebesar 1.720, keuntungan zona hijau sebesar 3.310 dan yang terakhir tingkat hukuman 1.980, maka peluang PKL menjelaskan bahwa 10 persen PKL akan menjadi pelanggar dan opportunis serta 90 persen PKL akan menjadi patuh.Jel Code : K42Kata kunci : Perilaku illegal dan penegakan hukum, Peluang Pelanggaran, Pedagang Kaki Lima |
