Abstarct. The attraction in Jatinangor Sub-district encourages Jatinangor Sub-district to become the center of growth. The attraction is among others, the educational center and part of Metropolitan Bandung. From these appeals, the population growth rate and land use for residential areas are increasing. This study aims to identify people's perceptions of factors that can encourage people's decision to live in Jatinangor sub-district. The research type is quantitative descriptive with field survey method. Respondents in this study were 100 heads of household with random sampling method. The results of the study found that accessibility variables are the most dominant factor of people in choosing a place to live (having the highest score).Keyword: Housing Decision, Growth Pole, PerceptionAbstrak. Daya tarik yang ada di Kecamatan Jatinangor mendorong Kecamatan Jatinangor menjadi pusat pertumbuhan. Daya tarik tersebut antar lain, pusat pendidikan dan bagian dari Metropolitan Bandung. Dari daya tarik tersebut membuat meningkatnya laju pertumbuhan penduduk serta penggunaan lahan untuk kawasan pemukiman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi masyarakat terhadap faktor-faktor yang dapat mendorong keputusan masyarakat untuk bertempat tinggal di Kecamatan Jatinangor. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey lapangan. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 kepala keluarga dengan metode random sampling. Hasil dari penelitian menemukan variabel aksesbilitas merupakan faktor yang paling dominan masyarakat dalam memilih tempat tinggal (memiliki skor tertinggi).Kata Kunci: Persepsi, Keputusan Tempat Tinggal, Pusat Pertumbuhan, Aksesibilitas |
