dc.description The footwear industry development is included a priority on the agenda of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. It is written on the Strategic Plan of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2015-2019. The footwear industry center is located on Cibaduyut, about 2 kilometers of shops selling footwear creating industrial center in the Cibaduyut region that even has been registered in MURI (Indonesian Record Museum). The actors at the center of this industry influence each other. Therefore, this research identifies the business model canvas consisting of nine elements and map out the strategy used for the improvement and development of the footwear industry in the Cibaduyut region. By the use of this canvas business model of footwear industry, in the Cibaduyut region is expected to grow, in order to realize the purpose of industrial awakening that is resilient and competitive in the idea by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the development of Indonesian footwear industry. The purpose of this study is to identify the canvas business model in the center of the footwear industry in Cibaduyut and to formulate development strategy. The research combined qualitative research methods as the primary method and quantitative methods to support and strengthen data. Therefore, this research used a combination of concurrent design model embedded. In this research, the qualitative method had greater weight than the quantitative method. The data collection is done by in-depth interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaire distributes to the footwear and institutional craftsmen at the center of the footwear industry in the area of ​​ Cibaduyut. The data of questionnaires is processed by using Performance Analysis (IPA) matrix and Likert scale of measurement.
dc.description Pembangunan Industri alas kaki termasuk kedalam agenda prioritas Kementrian Perindustrian Dan Perdagangan yang tertulis pada RENSTRA KEMENPERIN tahun 2015-2019. Sentra industri alas kaki terbesar terletak pada kawasan cibaduyut, kurang lebih sekitar 2 kilometer berjajar toko yang menjual produk alas kaki dan membuat sentra industri alas kaki di kawasan cibaduyut mencatatkan namanya di MURI. Keterkaitan para pelaku yang berada pada sentra industri ini saling mempengaruhi satu sama lain. oleh karena itu penulis tertarik untuk mengidentifikasi model bisnis canvas yang terdiri dari sembilan elemen dan  memetakan bagaimana strategi yang digunakan untuk peningkatkan dan pengembangan industri alas kaki di kawasan Cibaduyut. Dengan penggunaan model bisnis canvas ini industri alas kaki di kawasan Cibaduyut di harapkan semakin tumbuh, demi mewujudkan tujuan terbangunnya industri yang tangguh dan berdaya saing yang di gagas oleh Kementrian Perindustrian Perdagangan dalam pengembangan industri alas kaki indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi model bisnis canvas pada sentra industri alas kaki di kawasanan cibaduyut dan merumuskan strategi pengembangannya. Penelitian ini menggabungkan metode penelitian kualitatif sebagai metode primer dan metode kuantitatif untuk mendukung dan memperkuat data. Sehingga penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi model desain concurrent embedded. Dalam penelitian ini metode kualitatif memiliki bobot yang lebih besar dibandingkan metode kuantitatif. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi dan menyebarkan kusioner kepada pihak pengrajin alas kaki dan kelembagaan pada sentra industri alas kaki di kawasan Cibaduyut.Data kuantitatif dari kuesioner diolah menggunakan Performance Analysis (IPA) matrix dan menggunakan skala pengukuran Likert.
