Abstract. This research aims to determine the influence of Return On Asset and Total Asset Turover on the Firm Value. Descriptive method was used in the study technique survey conducted in goods and consumer companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange on 2016-2018 from the analysis period secondary use the quantitative methods.The result of this research indicated the influence of the Return On Asset and Total Asset Turnover on the Firm Value simultaneously. This research result indicates that the Profitability in proxic by ROA and TATO has significant impact on the Firm ValueThis is proven to the size of the variable influence ROA  and TATO on the perceived value of the company as much as 42.7 % and 57.3 % influenced other variables. Keyword: Return On Asset, Total Asset Turnover, Value of the firmAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Return On Asset dan Total Asset Turnover Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik survei pada perusahaan-perusahaan barang dan konsumsi yang terdaftar di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia tahun 2016-2018 dengan analisis sekunder menggunakan metode kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh Return On Asset dan Total Asset Turnover terhadap nilai perusahaan secara simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel ROA dan TATO mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.Hal ini dibuktikan dengan besarnya pengaruh variabel ROA dan TATO terhadap Nilai Perusahaan sebesar 42.7% dan 57.3% dipengaruhi variabel lainnya. Kata kunci: Return On Asset, Total Asset Turnover, Nilai perusahaan.
