dc.description Abstract. Employee performance is an important factor in the company, because it can determine whether a company develops or not. Leadership style can affect every employee in a company. Good communication can improve good relationships between colleagues. The appropriate division of labor or the right person in the right place and the style of leadership and communication when combined can produce good employee performance for the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, communication and division of labor on employee performance at PT. Prima Inti Citra Rasa Manado partially or simultaneously. The population is 97 people and taken by 81 respondents. The research method uses descriptive and verification analysis which data processing uses SPSS 24 for Windows. The results of the research that has been done found that leadership style and work communication have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. We recommend that leaders of BUMD PD. Bandung Cleanup improve communication by building a good network in the company.Keyword: Influence Of Leadership Style And Work Communication On Employee PerformanceAbstrak. Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor penting dalam perusahaan, karena dapat menentukan berkembang tidaknya suatu perusahaan. Gaya kepemimpinan dapat mempengaruhi setiap karyawan yang ada dalam suatu perusahaan. Komunikasi yang baik dapat meningkatkan hubungan yang baik antar rekan kerja. Pembagian kerja yang sesuai atau orang yang tepat pada tempat yang tepat serta gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi bila dikombinasikan dapat menghasilkan kinerja karyawan yang baik untuk perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan pembagian kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada BUMD PD.Kebersihan secara parsial maupun simultan. Populasi sebanyak 420 orang dan di ambil 81 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif yang pengolahan datanya menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 24 for windows. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapati bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebaiknya pimpinan BUMD PD.Kebersihan Bandung memperbaiki komunikasi dengan cara membangun jaringan yang baik pada perusahaan.Kata Kunci: gaya kepemimpinan dan komunikasi kerja, kinerja karyawan
