Abstract : This study aims to determine and analyze the preparation of raw materials Muffler Matic Semi Racing SND Daily Honda Beat Motor at PT. Sandy Globalindo by using Material Requirement Planning (MRP) to minimize costs. The type of this research which in this research is descriptive and this research type which in this research is case study. Data sender technique used in this research is data technical data used to perform data at PT. Sandy Globalindo, Observation to know the state of manufacture of Matic Semi Racing Muffler SND Daily Honda Beat Motor, Documentation to analyze documents that can be accessed at PT. Sandy Globalindo. The results of this study show that the strategy after using Lot For Lot and Part Period Balancing the results obtained after using LFL and PPB is more efficient than LFL, the total cost of preparation from both methods is LFL Rp.960.000 and PPB Rp.683.386,3.Keywords: Material Requirement Method of Planning, Bill Of Material, Lot For Lot, Period of Balancing SectionAbstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis persediaan bahan baku Knalpot Matic Semi Racing SND Harian Motor Honda Beat di PT. Sandy Globalindo dengan menggunakan Material Requirement Planning (MRP) untuk meminimumkan biaya. Jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian ini yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik pengumpulan data lapangan yaitu dilakukan Wawancara untuk mendapatkan data-data di PT. Sandy Globalindo, Observasi untuk mengetahui keadaan pembuatan Knalpot Matic Semi Racing SND Harian Motor Honda Beat, Dokumentasi untuk menganalisis dokumen-dokumen yang di dapat di PT. Sandy Globalindo. Hasil perhitungan yang didapat dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa strategi setelah menggunakan Lot For Lot dan Part Periode Balancing hasil yang diperoleh setelah menggunakan LFL dan PPB lebih efisien dari pada LFL, total biaya persediaan dari kedua metode tersebut yaitu, LFL sebesar Rp.960.000 dan PPB sebesar Rp.683.386,3Kata kunci: Metode Material Requirement Planning, Bill Of Material, Lot For Lot, Periode Part Balancing |
