Abstract. Manpower is a primary brightening machine in a production process that will determine the company's future level. To support the company's progress in the future, a good performance from the workforce is needed. Performance displayed by employees will be influenced by factors from within themselves and from outside themselves, one of the factors from within is work motivation, while one factor from outside is leadership style. So that research is conducted on the influence of leadership style and work motivation on performance. The research method of this research is descriptive and verification analysis. Data collection through observation and questionnaires. The respondents of this study were 31 staff of PT X Bandung UDPPS. The results of this study concluded that: 1) The leadership style partially had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2) Work motivation partially has positive and not significant effect on employee performance. 3) Leadership Style and Work Motivation there is a significant influence jointly on the performance of employees on the Staff of UDPPS PT X Bandung. It can be concluded that there is an influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Performance on PT X Bandung's UDPPS Staff.Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.Abstrak. Tenaga kerja adalah sebuah mesin penggerah utama dalam suatu proses produksi yang akan menentukan jenjang masa depan perusahaan. Untuk mendukung kemajuan perusahaan di masa depan maka diperlukan kinerja yg baik dari tenaga kerja. Kinerja yang ditampilkan oleh karyawan akan dipengaruhi oleh faktor dari dalam diri dan luar dirinya, salah satu faktor dalam diri yaitu motivasi kerja, sedangkan salah satu faktor luar dirinya yaitu gaya kepemimpinan. Sehingga dilakukan penelitian mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhdadap kinerja. Metode penelitian penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pengumpulan data yang melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini yaitu staf UDPPS PT X Bandung yang berjumlah 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Gaya Kepemimpinan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 2) Motivasi Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. 3) Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Staf UDPPS PT X Bandung. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Staf UDPPS PT X Bandung.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.
