Abstract. The purpose of this study was to know the influence of capital structure and the size of the company against the value of the company on the company property that are listed in the Indonesia stock exchange. Period that is used in this research is 5 (five) years, i.e. starting from 2012-2016. Methods of analysis used is a classic assumption analysis, multiple linear analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, test the hypothesis partially and simultaneous. This research uses the associative method by using a quantitative approach. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique so that the retrieved 8 companies that meet the criteria. The results of this research show that the structure of the capital represented by the DER and the size of the company has a significant influence against the value of the company's partial and simultaneous with a large influence upon analysis of the coefficient of determination was 62%.Keywords: capital structure, size of company, Company Values, DER Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan property yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 (lima) tahun, yaitu mulai dari 2012-2016. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis asumsi klasik, analisis linier berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 8 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa struktur modal yang diwakili oleh DER dan ukuran perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan secara parsial dan simultan dengan besar pengaruh berdasarkan analisis koefisien determinasi adalah 62%.Kata kunci: Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan, DER, Nilai Perusahaan |
