Abstract. The research aims to determine how knowledge management and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), then examine how employees perform, and analyze and explain how the influence of knowledge management and Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) performance of employee ERP consultants PT. Inti Talenta Teknologi Jakarta. This research uses qualitative and quantitative debtor approaches. The subject of this research is the employee of ERP Consultant PT. Inti Telenta Teknologi as much as 78 employees. This hypothesis test decision making is done by testing the meaning of the koefiens. The results showed that: (1) knowledge management of employee ERP consultants PT. Inti Talenta Teknologi Jakarta belongs to the high category; (2) Organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB) on the employee of ERP consultants PT. Inti Talenta Teknologi Jakarta belongs to high category; (3) The performance of the ERP consultant employee PT. Inti Talenta Teknologi Jakarta belongs to the high category; (4) The influence of knowledge management on the performance of ERP consultant's employees PT. Inti Talenta Teknologi Jakarta has significantly partially influential; (5) Influence of organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) on the performance of the ERP consultants ' employees PT. Inti Talenta Teknologi Jakarta has been partially influential; (6) Influence of knowledge management and behavior of citizenship Organization (OCB) on the performance of employee ERP consultants PT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana knowledge management dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), kemudian mengkaji bagaimana kinerja karyawan, serta menganalisis dan menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh knowledge management dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian konsultan ERP PT. Inti Talenta Teknologi Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendeketan kualitatif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan konsultan ERP PT. Inti Talenta Teknologi sebanyak 78 karyawan. Pengambilan keputusan uji hipotesis ini dilakukan dengan cara menguji keberartian dari koefiens. Hasil penelitian pada menunjukkan bahwa: (1) knowledge management pada karyawan konsultan ERP PT. Inti Talenta Teknologi Jakarta termasuk dalam kategori tinggi; (2) organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan konsultan ERP PT. Inti Talenta Teknologi Jakarta termasuk dalam kategori tinggi; (3) kinerja pada karyawan konsultan ERP PT. Inti Talenta Teknologi Jakarta termasuk dalam kategori tinggi; (4) Pengaruh knowledge management terhadap kinerja karyawan konsultan ERP PT. Inti Talenta Teknologi Jakarta secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan; (5) Pengaruh organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan konsultan ERP PT. Inti Talenta Teknologi Jakarta secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan; (6) Pengaruh knowledge management dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan konsultan ERP PT.
