dc.description Abstract.This research is aimed to find out how the work life balance and work load, examine how the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), analyze and explain how the influence of work life balance and work load, to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee and teacher of SMAN 17 Bandung. This research using qualitative approaches and quantitative approaches. The subject of this research is 69 employees and teacher at SMAN 17 Bandung. Taking this hypothesis test decision is done by testing the significance of coefficient. The results of the study indicate that: (1) work life balance in employees and teacher of SMAN 17 Bandung in high category; (2) work load in employees and teacher of SMAN 17 Bandung in high category; (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in employees and teacher of SMAN 17 Bandung in high category; (4) work life balance does significantly positve influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); (5) work load significantly negative influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); (6) work life balance and work load significantly influence positive Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).Keywords:     Work Life Balance, Work Load, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Abstrak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana keseimbangan kehidupan kerja dan beban kerja, mengkaji bagaimana Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), serta menganalisis dan menjelaskan bagaimana pengaruh kesimbangan kehidupan kerja dan beban kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai tdan guru pada SMAN 17 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pegawai dan guru pada SMAN 17 Bandung sebanyak 69 karyawan. Pengambilan keputusan uji hipotesis ini dilakukan dengan cara menguji keberartian dari koesifisien. Hasil penelitian pada menunjukkan bahwa: (1) keseimbangan kehidupan kerja pada pegawai dan guru SMAN 17 Bandung dalam kategori tinggi; (2) beban kerja pada pegawai dan guru SMAN 17 Bandung dalam kategori tinggi; (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada pegawai dan guru SMAN 17 Bandung dalam kategori tinggi; (4) keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); (5) beban kerja berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); (6) kesimbangan kehidupan kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).Kata kunci: Kesimbangan Kehidupan Kerja, Beban Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)
