Abstract. The purpose of this study was to know the influence of Economic value added, market value added and earning per share to the stock return on food and beverage company listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The time period in this study was taken between 2012-2016.  This research using quantitative methods. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique so that the retrieved 9 companies that meet the criteria. Based on the results of the analysis of the data by using the partial-test (test t), EVA positive and significant effect against the return of shares is evidenced by the coefficients of regression of 1.28110 on the value significance of 0.004 so received. MVA influential not positive and not significantly to return shares evidenced by the value of the coefficient of regression of 1.12712 on the value significance of 0.23 so rejected. EPS positive and significant effect against the return of shares is evidenced by the coefficients of regression on the value significance of 0.674 0.001 so received. The third prediction capabilities of the terhadp variables Return the shares amounted to 63.3%. While the rest as much as 36.7% explained by other variables that are not included in this study.Keywords: Economic Value Added, Market Value Added, Earning Per Share and Stock Returns Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh Economic Value Added,Market Value Added dan Earning Per Share  terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 (lima) tahun, yaitu mulai dari tahun 2012-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 9 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t), EVA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 1,28110 pada nilai signifikansi 0,004 sehingga Ha1 diterima. MVA berpengaruh tidak positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return saham dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 1,12712  pada nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,23 sehingga Ha2 ditolak. EPS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham dibuktikan dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,674 pada nilai signifikansi 0,001 sehingga Ha3 diterima. Kemampuan prediksi Ketiga variabel tersebut terhadp Return Saham sebesar 63,3%. Sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 36,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.                                  Kata kunci : Economic Value Added, Market Value Added, Earning Per Share dan Retur Saham
