Abstract. In a good production planning process can minimize the cost of the company to be issued. One strategy that can be used to minimize production costs is an aggregate planning strategy. The study aims was to predict and determine the level of efficiency of production planning using aggregate planning strategies to be compared to the company's strategy. PT. Niion Indonesia Utama Liquiid Company is engaged in manufacturing of Bag. From the product research, the method of hunting level strategy with total cost Rp. 2,253,101,250,- method of mixed strategy with total cost Rp. 2,282,298,130, 0-and method of hunting strategy with total cost Rp. 2,107,320,000,-. It can be concluded that the method of hunting strategy is the minimum method with the total cost of Rp. 2,107,320,000, 0-with the ratio of efficiency to the company by 13,42% Difference 0,1342366.Keywords: Forecasting, level Strategy, Mixed Strategy, Chase strategyAbstrak. Di dalam suatu proses produksi yang baik dapat meminimumkan biaya yang akan dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan. Salah satu strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk meminimumkan biaya produksi adalah strategi perencanaan agregat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat merencanakan proses produksi dan menghitung alternatif strategi perencanaan agregat yang dapat meminimumkan biaya produksi untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan dan mengetahui tingkat efisiensi perencanaan produksi menggunakan strategi perencanaan agregat yang akan dibandingkan dengan strategi dari perusahaan. PT. Niion Indonesia Utama merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi pembuatan tas. Dari hasil penelitian 4 metode yang menunjukan bahwa metode level strategy dengan total biaya Rp. 2.253.101.250,- metode mixed strategy dengan total biaya Rp. 2.282.298.130,- dan metode yang terbaik yaitu chase strategy dengan total biaya Rp. 2.107.320.000,- . metode chase strategy adalah metode yang paling minimum dengan total biaya Rp. 2.107.320.000,- dengan tingkat efisiensi perbandingan dengan perusahaan sebesar 13,42% selisih 0,1342366.Kata kunci : Peramalan, Level strategy, Mixed strategy, Chase strategy |
