dc.description Abstract. The purpose of this study is to investigate the implementation of the distribution channel in CV. Kaos Kosong, To determine response of  customer about distribution cahnnel CV. Kaos Kosong, To determine the level of loyalty customer CV. Kaos Kosong, To determine how much influence the distribution channel loyalty customer CV. Kaos Kosong. The research method used is survey method. The type of research conducted is verifikatif. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sample in this research is 30 respondents who become distributor in CV. Kaos Kosong. Data collection technique used is questionnaire. Data analysis method used is Simple Linear Regression Analysis to know the direction of relationship between independent variable with dependent variable. From research by the author, the conclusion that Function and output services that have been carried out by CV. Kaos Kosong to meet the needs of the consumer or reseller, namely 1) lot size 2) waiting time and delivery time 3) convenience of place 4) product diversity and 5) service support. Response from customer regarding CV. Kaos Kosong product quality can be said quite good. Response regarding customer purchase decision can be said quite good. The results of this study indicate the influence of quality product on consumer purchase decision.Keywords: Distribution Channel, Consumer Loyalty Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan saluran distribusi pada CV. Kaos Kosong Bandung, untuk mengetahui tanggapan konsumen tentang saluran distribusi CV. Kaos Kosong Bandung, untuk mengetahui tingkat loyalitas konsumen pada CV. Kaos Kosong Bandung dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh saluran distribusi terhadap loyalitas konsumen CV. Kaos Kosong BandungMetode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Jenis penelitian yang dilaksanakan bersifat verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang responden yang menjadi distributor di CV. Kaos Kosong. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana untuk mengetahui arah hubungan anatara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen.  Dari penelitian yang penulis lakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa fungsi dan output jasa yang telah dilakukan oleh CV. Kaos Kosong untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen yaitu : 1) ukuran lot 2) waktu tunggu dan waktu pengiriman 3) kenyamanan tempat 4) keragaman produk dan 5) dukungan layanan. Tanggapan pelanggan mengenai saluran distribusi CV. Kaos Kosong, dapat dikatakan cukup baik. Tanggapan mengenai loyalitas konsumen di CV. Kaos Kosong, dapat dikatakan cukup baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh saluran distribusi terhadap loyalitas konsumen.Kata Kunci: Saluran Distribusi. Loyalitas Konsumen
