Description:
Abstract. This research examines The Influence of Capital Buffer, Non Performing Loan (NPL), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return On Asset (ROA). The object of this research are BUKU 3 and BUKU 4 Conventional Commercial Bank that registered in Indonesia Stocks Exchange in 2016-2018. Sample analysis technique using purposive sampling method and obtained 15 Bank. The type of data that used in this research is secondary data in the form of financial report and annual report. This research use multiple linear regression as the method to measure the influence of independent variables towards dependent variable by using SPSS 22 as the measuring instrument. The result of this research shows that partially, Capital Buffer, Non Performing Loan (NPL), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have a significant influence on Return On Asset (ROA). Simultaneously Capital Buffer, Non Performing Loan (NPL), and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) have a significant influence on Return On Asset (ROA) with the value of R Square in the amount of 0,365. This means that the independent variables is capable to explain the dependent variable in the amount of 36,5% and the remaining matter could be explained by other variables wich were excluded in this research. Keywords : Capital Buffer, Non Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Return On AssetAbstrak.
