Abstract. There are many factors that determine the success of a business. One such factor is the precision in choosing a business location. Location decisions often depend on the type of business for the retail business and the professional services strategy used to focus on maximizing revenue. The choice of location of an organization or company affects the risks and profits of the company as a whole considering the location is very important for the business run can compete effectively. The location is easy to reach by consumers and close to the center of the crowd is the right location for a business. This study aims to determine the location of strategy by using the method of center of gravity and factor rating in Rm. Warung nasi ampera sucitype of research conducted in this study is descriptive explanatory is a study aimed at describing a condition or a particular phenomenon does not sort or search factors or variables and aims to examine the quality between variables describing a particular phenomenon. Research method in this method is case study that is research about subject of research related to a specific phase. Data collection techniques in this study by conducting interviews, observations and documentation related to the research. Result of research after doing calculation to some alternative location indicate that value at Jl. Phh. Mustofha sacred with a total of 71.5% and Jl. Tubagus Ismail with the amount of 60.5%. Then thus for Jl. Phh. Musthofa no 21, Bandung has a total score higher than the location located on Jl. Tubagus Ismail with a lower total score of 60.5%.Keywords: Factor, strategy, location |
