Abstrack. The research of this thesis tries first, to find out the level of Balance Life and Work Conflict Work in Cirebon Health Office. Second, examine how Kayawan Performance in Cirebon Health Board and third, analyze how the Effect of Work Balance and Work Conflict on Employee Performance in Cirebon Health Office. This research was conducted in Cirebon Health Office.The research method used is descriptive analysis and verification that manages the data using the SPSS 23 assistance program for Windows. The sampling method using the sampling technique used in this study was census sampling. With the number of respondents as many as 50 employees. The independent variables studied in this study consisted of Work Life Balance and Work Conflict while for the variables in the form of Employee Performance. Data collection is done by using questionnaires.The results of this study conclude that: 1) Work Life Balance Sheet variables are included in the high category. 2) Work Conflict Variables are included in the low category. 3) Employee Performance Variables are included in the high category. 4) Balance Variables of Work Life and Work Conflict affect Employee Performance in Cirebon Health Office.Keywords: Balance of Work Life, Work Conflict, Employee Performance Abstrak. Penelitian skripsi ini bertujuan pertama, untuk mengetahui tingkat Work Life Balance dan Konflik Kerja pada Bpjs Kesehatan Cirebon. Kedua, mengkaji bagaimana Kinerja Kayawan pada Bpjs Kesehatan Cirebon dan ketiga, menganalisis bagaimana Pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Konflik Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Bpjs Kesehatan Cirebon. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Bpjs Kesehatan Cirebon. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif yang pengolahan datanya menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 23 for windows. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling sensus. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 orang karyawan. Variabel bebas yang dikaji dalam penelitian berupa Work Life Balance dan Konflik Kerja sedangkan untuk variabel terikat berupa Kinerja Karyawan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Variabel Work Life Balance termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. 2) Variabel Konflik Kerja termasuk dalam kategori rendah. 3) Variabel Kinerja Karyawan termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. 4) Variabel Work Life Balance dan Konflik Kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Bpjs Kesehatan Cirebon.Kata Kunci : Work Life Balance, Konflik Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan |
