Abstract. This research aims to know the influence of Leverage and Profit Margin towards the Sustainable Growth Rate. Variable used is the leverage and profit margins as the independent variable and the sustainable growth rate as the dependent variable. This research also aims to describe the State of the leverage as measured by debt to equity ratio (DER), measured by profit margin net profit margin (NPM) and the sustainable growth rate (SGR) sub sector construction companies. This research was conducted in the building construction sector sub companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange years 2014-2017. Data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression is to test the influence of each variable are independent of the dependent variable are partial and simultaneous. A classic assumption test previously done that include test data, normality test multikolinieritas test heteroskedastisitas and autocorrelation test. Based on test data, normality test multikolinieritas test heteroskedastisitas and autocorrelation test not found the existence of variables that deviate from the classical assumptions. From the results of research show that the leverage effect significantly to sustainable growth rate and profit margin effect significantly to sustainable growth rate. Keywords: Profit Margin, NPM, Leverage, DER, Sustainable Growth Rate. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Leverage dan Profit Margin terhadap Sustainable Growth Rate. Variabel yang digunakan adalah leverage dan profit margin sebagai variabel independen dan sustainable growth rate sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keadaan leverage yang diukur oleh debt to equity ratio (DER), profit margin yang diukur oleh net profit margin (NPM) dan sustainable growth rate (SGR) perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi bangunan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sub sektor konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2017. Data diperoleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen secara parsial dan simultan. Sebelumnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas data, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi. Berdasarkan uji normalitas data, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi tidak ditemukan adanya variabel yang menyimpang dari asumsi klasik. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sustainable growth rate dan profit margin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sustainable growth rate. Kata Kunci: Profit Margin, NPM, Leverage, DER, Sustainable Growth Rate.
