Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of return on assets and firm value on stock trading volume both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is descriptive and verification. The sample in this study were 9 companies that met the sample selection criteria. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression.The test results show that the company with the highest ROA value is PT Matahari Departemen Store while PT. Mitra Adi Perkasa is a company with the lowest ROA index. The company with the highest company value is PT Matahari Departemen Store while PT. Mitra Adi Perkasa is the company with the lowest ROA index. The company with the largest trading volume is PT. Erajaya Swasembada Tbk and the company with the lowest trading volume are PT. Sentosa Adiprana Tbk. From the results of hypothesis testing, it is shown that both simultaneously and partially return on assets and firm value have a significant effect on the volume of stock trading. Keywords: Return on Assets, Company Value, Stock Trading Volume Abstrak .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh return on asset dan nilai perusahaan terhadap volume perdagangan saham baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 9 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria pemilihan sampel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan dengan nilai ROA tertinggi adalah PT Matahari Departemen Store sedangkan PT.Mitra Adi Perkasa merupakan perusahaan dengan indeks ROA terendah. Perusahaan dengan nilai perusahaan tertinggi adalah PT Matahari Departemen Store sedangkan PT.Mitra Adi Perkasa merupakan perusahaan dengan indeks ROA terendah. Perusahaan dengan volume perdagangan terbesar adalah PT. Erajaya Swasembada Tbk dan perusahaan dengan volume perdagangan terendah adalah PT.Catur Sentosa Adiprana Tbk. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa baik secara simultan maupun parsial return on asset dan nilai perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap volume perdagangan saham.
