Abstract. Electronic Banking is an information and transaction system offered by banks through electronic media network integrated with physical banking in actual, widespread use of electronic banking can cover all banking activities of customers without any limitations of space and time. The result of Fee Based Income as a source of bank income beyond the spread based or interest income can be affected by the existence of electronic Banking, this refers to the pattern of fee based income increase which is directly proportional to the increase in electronic banking. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of influence of electronic banking to Fee based Income. The method used in this study is descriptive comparative, where the level of comparison is aimed at the research object of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia and PT CIMB Niaga Tbk. The results of this study show that Electronic Banking has an effect on Fee Based Income of PT BRI and PT CIMB. Level of influence of Electronic Banking. Based on the overall exposure of statistical calculation analysis on correlation test, determination coefficient, hypothesis test, electronic transaction Banking (E- Banking)) PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia has a significant influence on Fee Based Income variable of 95.063%, while the rest of 4,938% other factors are not observed. Electronic transaction Banking PT CIMB Niaga Tbk has a 95.26% influence on Fee Based Income while the rest of 4.74% comes from other factors Keywords: Fee based Income, Electronic Banking (E-Banking).Abstrak. Elektronik Banking merupakan suatu sistem informasi dan transaksi yang ditawarkan perbankan melalui jaringan media elektronik yang terintegrasi dengan perbankan fisik secara aktual, secara meluas penggunaan elektronik banking dapat mencakup semua aktifitas perbankan nasabah tanpa adanya batasan ruang dan waktu. Hasil Fee Based Income sebagai sumber pendapatan bank diluar spread based atau pendapatan suku bunga dapat terpengaruhi oleh adanya elektronik Banking, hal ini mengacu pada pola kenaikan tingkat fee based income yang berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan elektronik banking. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat pengaruh dari elektronik banking terhadap Fee based Income. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif, dimana tingkat perbandingan ditujukan pada objek penelitian yaitu PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia dan PT CIMB Niaga Tbk. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Elektronik Banking memiliki pengaruh terhadap Fee Based Income PT BRI dan PT CIMB. Tingkat pengaruh Elektronik Banking. Berdasarkan keseluruhan pemaparan analisis perhitungan statistik pada uji korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis, transaksi elektronik Banking (E-Banking)) PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel Fee Based Income sebesar 95,063%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 4,938% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diamati.
