Abstract. Supply of raw materials is a major factor in the company to support the smoothness of the production process. In this case it takes a supplier who has good credibility and trustworthy, so that the raw materials supplied are quality raw materials that can improve the competitiveness of the company. This research was conducted at a company making batik cloth, that is Rumah Batik Komar. The objective of this research is to evaluate suppliers of mori fabrics, waxes, dyes, with the criteria based on VPI (Vendor Performance Indicator) which consists of Quality, Cost, Delivery, Flexibility, Responsiveness (QCDFR). One method that can be used for supplier selection is the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. Using the AHP method will result in a supplier performance evaluation based on an assessment of the degree of importance of the criteria in supplier selection. The supplier evaluation system produces the following priority / weight scales: Quality (0,300), Cost (0,140), Delivery (0,230), Flexibility (0,135), and Responsiveness (0,195). From the calculation result shows the performance of supplier Hj.Asep Sudarman highest, both KH.Wahid Hasyim and third Pak Ujianto. Based on the results of the analysis, the company in obtaining high quality raw materials should improve supplier performance based on VPI criteria, especially Flexibility criteria because the performance value is still low. The result of supplier performance evaluation can be used by the company as a consideration in the selection of suppliers so as to facilitate the operational activities of the company.Keywords: raw materials, supplier selection, QCDFR, AHP Abstrak. Persediaan bahan baku merupakan faktor utama dalam perusahaan untuk menunjang kelancaran proses produksi. Dalam hal ini dibutuhkan pemasok yang memiliki kredibilitas yang baik dan dapat dipercaya, sehingga bahan baku yang dipasok merupakan bahan baku yang terjamin kualitasnya sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sebuah perusahaan pembuatan kain batik, yaitu Rumah Batik Komar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi pemasok kain mori, lilin, pewarna, dengan kriteria-kriteria yang berdasarkan pada VPI (Vendor Performance Indicator) yaitu terdiri dari Quality, Cost, Delivery, Flexibility, Responsiveness (QCDFR). Salah satu metode yang bisa digunakan untuk pemilihan pemasok adalah metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). Dengan menggunakan metode AHP akan menghasilkan evaluasi kinerja pemasok yang berdasarkan penilaian tingkat kepentingan kriteria dalam pemilihan pemasok. Sistem evaluasi pemasok menghasilkan skala prioritas/bobot sebagai berikut: Quality (0,300), Cost (0,140), Delivery (0,230), Flexibility (0,135), dan Responsiveness (0,195). Dari hasil perhitungan menunjukan kinerja pemasok Hj.Asep Sudarman paling tinggi, kedua KH.Wahid Hasyim dan ketiga Pak Ujianto. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, perusahaan dalam memperoleh kualitas bahan baku yang tinggi harus meningkatkan kinerja pemasok yang berdasarkan kriteria VPI, terutama kriteria Flexibility karena nilai kinerja masih rendah. Hasil evaluasi kinerja pemasok dapat digunakan perusahaan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam pemilihan pemasok sehingga mempermudah kegiatan operasional perusahaan.Kata kunci: bahan baku, pemilihan pemasok, QCDFR, AHP |
