Abstract. The purpose of this research is to know the condition work environment and work discipline , to analyze employee performance, and to analyze how the effect of job training and work motivation on employee performance. This research was conducted on one of the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs), namely PT.Gracia Jaya Makmur in the city of Bandung which is after The research method used in the form of descriptive and verifikatif analysis of data processing using the help of SPSS 23 for windows program. Sampling method using sampling technique used in this research is census sampling. With the number of respondents as many as 30 employees from the Human Resources Service Division) at PT. Gracia Jaya Makmur Bandung. The independent variables work environment (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) while for the dependent variable of Employee Performance (Y). data collection is done by using questionnaire. The results of this study concluded that: 1) Job Training Variables work environment the high category which means great influence on Employee Performance. 2) Variables work discipline included in the high category which means great influence on Employee Performance. 3) Employee Performance Variables included in the high category which means a significant impact on Employee Performance. 4) work environment variable is 27,4%. 5) The effect of work discipline variable is 52,8 %. 6) work environment Variables and Work discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Melalui penelitian ini tujuan yang diangkat yaitu untuk mengetahui kondisi lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja, mengkaji bagaimana kinerja karyawan, serta menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh dari lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada salah satu perusahaan yaitu PT.Gracia Jaya Makmur Bandung di kota Bandung yang bergerak dalam bidang mesin tekstil. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif yang pengolahan datanya menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 23 for windows. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling sensus. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang karyawan . Variabel bebas yang dikaji dalam penelitian berupa Lingkungan Kerja (X1) dan disiplin Kerja (X2) sedangkan untuk variabel terikat kinerja karyawan (Y). pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Variabel Lingkungan Kerja termasuk dalam kategori tinggi yang berarti berpengaruh besar terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2) Variabel Disiplin Kerja termasuk dalam kategori tinggi yang berarti berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. 3) Variabel kinerja karyawan termasuk dalam kategori tinggi yang berarti berdampak signifikan terhadap kehidupan pribadi dan kerja karyawan. 4) Pengaruh variabel Lingkungan Kerja sebesar 27,4 %. 5) Pengaruh variabel disiplin Kerja sebesar 52,8%. 6) Variabel Lingkungan Kerja dan Disipin Kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT.
