Abstract. This study aims to determine the influence of Compensation and Career Development in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) (Case Studies on Call Center Employees 108 PT Infomedia Nusantara Bandung). This research was included in quantitative and qualitative methods. The population in this study were call center 108 employees as many as 232 people, and the samples taken were 70 people. The technique of collection data using questionnaires. Validity and reliability tests were conduted on 70 call center 108 employees of PT Infomedia Nusantara. Prerequisite analysis test included t test and f test. The technique of data analysis with multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate, that there is a significant positive effect of Compensation and Career Development in Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) on Call Center Employees 108 at PT Infomedia Nusantara Bandung. This is evidenced that calculated f count more bigger than f table (5,430 < 3,13), with a significance value smaller than 0,05 (0,007 < 0,05). Thus, compensation and career development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect in Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) on Call Center Employees 108 at PT Infomedia Nusantara Bandung.Keywords: Compensation, Career Development, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB).Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Pengembangan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) Studi Kasus pada Karyawan Call Center 108 PT Infomedia Nusantara Bandung. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Call Center 108 sebanyak 232 orang, dan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 70 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan terhadap 70 orang karyawan Call Center 108 PT Infomedia Nusantara. Uji analisis prasyarat meliputi uji t dan uji f. Teknik analisis data dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan Kompensasi dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) pada Karyawan Call Center 108 di PT Infomedia Nusantara Bandung. Hal ini dibuktikan bahwa dengan nilai F hitung lebih besar daripada F tabel (5,430 > 3,13), dengan nilai signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,007 < 0,05). Dengan demikian, Kompensasi dan Pengembangan Karir secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) pada karyawan Call Center 108 di PT Infomedia Nusantara Bandung.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Pengembangan Karir, Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB).
