Abstract, This research aims to examine the effect of investment decision, financing decision, and dividend policy to the firm value. Population of this research is listed public company at Indonesia Stock Exchange with manufacturing company as sample. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method. Samples were collected from 7 companies from a total 13 automotive companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2016 period. Data analysis technique uses classic assumption test: multicolonierity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test. Hypothesis test uses multiple regression analysis. Partially, the result of this research showed that investment decision and financing decision have influence significant on firm value and dividen policy has not influence on firm value. Simultanously, these variables have significant influence on firm value.Keywords: investment decision, financing decision, dividend policy, firm value Abstract Pengaruh Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Sampel dikumpulkan dari 7 perusahaan dari total populasi 13 perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2012-2016. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik: uji multikolonieritas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji normalitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis reresi berganda. Secara parsial, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan investasi, dan  keputusan pendanaan, memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan variabel kebijakan dividen tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
