Abstract. The purpose of this research is to minimize service time at Bank BRI KCP Pungkur. Because the main problem that occurs in Bank BRI KCP Pungkur is the length of service that occurs between the Teller and the customer this matter that resulted in the queue. to determine the optimum service so that customer service at BANK BRI KCP Pungkur becomes more efficient, effective, and satisfy the customers who use the services of the Bank, the problem limitation is done only cover arrival rate, service time, queue discipline, and number of service facilities available and queuing process. The type of research used is survey research using quantitative descriptive method. The queuing method or model used is the multi channel single stage (Multi Chanel Single Phase) queue model with the first come first served system which first comes first served. This research was conducted for 5 days by recording customer arrival time, service start time, and completed by customer coming to save and withdraw money. Based on the results of the research shows that the alternative performance system that uses teller service 3, which is better where the average number of customers waiting in the queue as much as 1 customer per hour and the time the customer waits in the queue is an average of 5 minutes 10 seconds. when compared with the current performance system by using 2 teller shows the waiting time of the customer is an average of 33 minutes 9 seconds. The resulting comparison between the current performance system and the alternative performance system shows considerable comparative results. This can be said addition of 1 teller is better because the level of performance teller service becomes more productive with result 87.035%Keywords: Queuing Systems, Multi Channel Single Phase, aspiration model Abstrak. Tujuan dari penilitian ini yaitu untuk meminimumkan waktu pelayanan pada Bank BRI KCP Pungkur. Karena masalah utama yang terjadi pada Bank BRI KCP Pungkur yaitu lamanya waktu pelayanan yang terjadi antara Teller dan nasabah hal ini yang mengakibatkan terjadinya antrian. untuk menentukan pelayanan yang optimum sehingga pelayanan nasabah pada BANK BRI KCP Pungkur menjadi lebih efisien, efektif, dan memuaskan para nasabah yang menggunakan jasa Bank tersebut, pembatasan masalah dilakukan hanya mencakup tingkat kedatangan, waktu pelayanan, disiplin antrian, dan jumlah fasilitas pelayanan yang tersedia serta proses antrian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode atau model antrian yang digunakan adalah model antrian banyak saluran satu tahap (Multi Chanel Single Phase) dengan sistem antrian (First come first served) yang pertama datang yang pertama dilayani. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 5 hari dengan mencatat waktu kedatangan nasabah, waktu mulai dilayani, dan selesai dilayani nasabah yang datang untuk menabung dan menarik uang. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem kinerja alternatif yang menggunakan layanan teller 3, yang lebih baik dimana rata-rata banyaknya nasabah yang menunggu dalam antrian sebanyak 1 nasabah per jam dan waktu nasabah menunggu dalam antrian yaitu rata-rata 5 menit 10 detik. jika dibandingkan dengan sistem kinerja saat ini dengan menggunakan 2 teller menunjukkan waktu menunggu nasabah yaitu rata-rata 33 menit 9 detik. Perbandingan yang dihasilkan antara sistem kinerja saat ini dan sistem kinerja alternatif menunjukkan hasil perbandingan yang cukup besar. Hal ini dapat dikatakan penambahan 1 teller lebih baik karena tingkat kinerja layanan teller menjadi lebih produktif dengan hasil 87.035%.Kata kunci : Sistem Antrian, Multi Channel Single Phase, Model Aspirasi
