Abstract. Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in performing their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given (Mangkunegara, 2009). Spiritual leadership is done, attitudes and behaviors that are intrinsically motivated by self and others so that they have a spiritual survival through  calling  and  members  of  the  social  system  (Fry,  2003).  Employee involvement itself is a state in which employees feel an interest in the success of the company and the term motivation to improve performance to a level that exceeds the requested work requirements (Mercer, submitted by Carpenter & Wyman,2007: 1). This research uses descriptive and verifikatif method. Respondents of this research are 30 employees of MCAM division at PT. KAI (Persero) Bandung. The results showed the application of spiritual leadership included in the High category with an average score of 253, the level of employee involvement included in the High category with an average score of 277, employee performance levels included in the High category with an average score of 254. Current relationship the strong between the spiritual leadership with a performance of 36.8%, there is a strong relationship between employees with a performance of 27.3%, while spiritual leadership and employee involvement simultaneously to employee performance is 42, 2%.Keywords: Spiritual Leadership, Employee Engagement, Employee PerformanceAbstrak. Kinerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya (Mangkunegara, 2009). Spiritual leadership meliputi nilai- nilai, sikap dan perilaku yang dipelukan secara intrinsik memotivasi diri sendiri dan orang lain sehingga mereka mempunyai rasa terus hidup (survival) spiritual melalui panggilan hidup (calling) dan keanggotaan sistem sosial (Fry, 2003). Employee engagement sendiri merupakan keadaan psikologis di mana karyawan merasa berkepentingan dalam keberhasilan perusahaan dan termotivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja ke tingkat yang melebihi job requirement yang diminta (Mercer, dikutip oleh Carpenter & Wyman, 2007:1). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Responden penelitian ini adalah 30 karyawan divisi MCAM pada PT. KAI (Persero) Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penerapan spiritual leadership termasuk dalam kategori Tinggi dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 253, tingkat employee engagement termasuk dalam kategori Tinggi dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 277, tingkat kinerja karyawan termasuk dalam kategori Tinggi dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 254. Terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara spiritual leadership dengan kinerja karyawan dengan pengaruh sebesar 36,8%, terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara employee engagement dengan kinerja karyawan dengan pengaruh sebesar 27,3%, sedangkan Spiritual leadership dan employee engagement berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 42,2%.Kata kunci: Spiritual Leadership, Employee Engagement, Kinerja Karyawan
