Abstract. The purpose of this research is to know the condition of Entrepreneurship Competence and Islamic Work Ethic, to analyze employee performance, and to analyze how the influence of entrepreneurship competence and work ethic on the performance of employees. This research was carried out in one of Gallery Hijabstory in Bandung city which active in fashion and stand since year 2013. The research method used in the form of descriptive and verifikatif analysis of data processing using the help of SPSS 24 for windows program. Sampling method using sampling technique used in this research is census sampling. With 74 respondents in Gallery Hijabstory Bandung. The independent variables studied in the research are Entrepreneurship Competence (X1) and Islamic Work Ethic (X2) while for the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). data collection is done by using questionnaire. The result of this research concludes that: 1) Level of Entrepreneurship Competency at Gallery Hijabstory Bandung Including High Categories, 2) Level of Work Ethic of Islami at Gallery Hijabstory Bandung including Category High, 3) Employee Performance at Gallery Hijabstory Bandung including Category High, 4) Entrepreneurship Competence partially have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, 5) Ethos Work Islami partially have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance, 6) Entrepreneurship Competence and Ethos Work Islami Simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. The conclusion in this research is there is influence between Entrepreneurship Competence and Islamic Work Ethic on Employee Performance In Gallery Hijabstory Bandung.Keywords: Entrepreneurship Competence, Islamic Work Ethic, Employee Performance.Abstrak. Melalui penelitian ini tujuan yang diangkat yaitu untuk mengetahui kondisi Kompetensi Kewirausahaan dan Etos Kerja Islami, mengkaji bagaimana kinerja karyawan, serta menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh dari kompetensi kewirausahaan dan etos kerja islami terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada salah satu Gallery Hijabstory di kota Bandung yang bergerak dalam bidang fashion dan berdiri sejak tahun 2013. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan berupa analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif yang pengolahan datanya menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 24 for windows. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling sensus. Dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 74 orang karyawan di Gallery Hijabstory Bandung. Variabel bebas yang dikaji dalam penelitian berupa Kompetensi Kewirausahaan (X1) dan Etos Kerja Islami (X2) sedangkan untuk variabel terikat berupa Kinerja Karyawan (Y). pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Tingkat Kompetensi Kewirausahaan pada Gallery Hijabstory Bandung Termasuk Kategori Tinggi, 2) Tingkat Etos Kerja Islami pada Gallery Hijabstory Bandung termasuk Kategori Tinggi, 3) Kinerja Karyawan pada Gallery Hijabstory Bandung termasuk Kategori Tinggi , 4) Kompetensi Kewirausahaan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 5) Etos Kerja Islami secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, 6) Kompetensi Kewirausahaan dan Etos Kerja Islami Secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh antara Kompetensi Kewirausahaan dan Etos Kerja Islami terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Gallery Hijabstory Bandung.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Kewirausahaan, Etos Kerja Islami, Kinerja Karyawan. |
