Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the selection of raw material suppliers on CV Armasan as a garment company and to analyze the decision-making process for choosing alternative suppliers of raw materials on CV Armasan based on of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) decision making. The analytical tool in this study uses quantitative methods and descriptive approaches, by collecting data through observation, interviews, and analyzing the three raw material suppliers in CV Armasan in order to find out the most optimal supplier. To assist in the selection of the optimal supplier alternatives, this research carried out by observing the principle of hierarchical arrangement, priority principle, and the principle of logical consistency. This method is used to determine the optimal supplier alternative based on obtaining the highest priority weight value on the three suppliers. The result of this study indicate that with the analysis of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for the three suppliers of Tekad Jaya Textile, Rahayu Textile, and Jaya Pratama as a whole, Overall supplier Tekad Jaya Textile is considered the best supplier and the most optimal by gaining weight value of 0.341. The second priority is supplier Rahayu Textile with the weight value of 0,337 and the third priority is supplier Jaya Pratama Textile with the weight value of 0,332. Therefore, in the selection of suppliers, preferably CV. Armasan have to consider the priority weight values obtained on each supplier. because logically, measuring the weight value will show the performance measure for each alternative of suppliers.Keywords: Analytical Hierarchy Process, Selection of Suppliers, Hierarchy Structure.Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemilihan pemasok bahan baku pada perusahaan garmen CV. Armasan serta menganalisis proses pengambilan keputusan pemilihan alternatif pemasok bahan baku di CV. Armasan berdasarkan sebuah alat bantu pengambilan keputusan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan mengumpulkan data melalui observasi serta wawancara dan menganalisa tiga alternatif pemasok bahan baku di CV. Armasan untuk mengetahui pemasok yang paling optimal. Untuk membantu pemilihan alternatif pemasok yang optimal, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan memperhatikan prinsip penyusunan hierarki, prinsip prioritas, dan prinsip konsistensi logis. Metode ini digunakan untuk menentukan alternatif pemasok optimal berdasarkan perolehan nilai bobot prioritas tertinggi pada ketiga pemasok. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa analisis dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) pada ketiga pemasok Tekad Jaya Textile, Rahayu Textile, dan Jaya Pratama Textile secara keseluruhan, keseluruhan pemasok Tekad Jaya Textile dinilai sebagai pemasok terbaik dan paling optimal dengan perolehan nilai bobot 0,341. Prioritas selanjutnya sebagai prioritas kedua adalah pemasok Rahayu Textile dengan nilai bobot 0,337, dan prioritas ketiga sebagai prioritas terakhir adalah pemasok Jaya Pratama Textile dengan nilai bobot 0,322. Oleh karena itu dalam pemilihan pemasok, sebaiknya CV. Armasan memperhatikan nilai bobot prioritas yang didapat pada setiap pemasok. Karena secara logis, pengukuran nilai bobot akan menunjukan ukuran performa pada setiap alternatif pemasok.Kata Kunci: Analytical Hierarchy Process, Pemilihan Pemasok, Struktur Hierarki. |
