Abstract. This research is aimed to find out the Quality of Work Life (QWL) and organizational commitment, examine the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), analyze and explain the influence of Quality of Work Life (QWL) and organizational commitment to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Regular Employee of PT Pindad(Persero) Bandung. This research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. The subject of this research is 95 Regular employees at PT Pindad (Persero) Bandung. Taking this hypothesis test decision is done by testing the significance of coefficient. he results of the study indicate that: (1) Quality of Work Life (QWL) in PT Pindad (Persero) Bandung in high category; (2) organizational commitment at PT Pindad (Persero) Bandung in high category; (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in PT Pindad (Persero) Bandung in good category; (4) Quality of Work Life (QWL) does not significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); (5) organizational commitment significantly influences Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); (6) Quality of Work Life (QWL) and organizational commitment significantly influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).Keywords: Quality of Work Life (QWL), Komitmen Organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Quality of Work Life (QWL) dan komitmen organisasi, mengkaji Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), serta menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh Quality of Work Life (QWL) dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai tetap pada PT Pindad (Persero) Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini pegawai tetap pada PT Pindad (Persero) Bandung sebanyak 95 karyawan. Pengambilan keputusan uji hipotesis ini dilakukan dengan menguji keberartian dari koesifisien. Hasil penelitian pada menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Quality of Work Life (QWL) pada PT Pindad (Persero) dalam kategori tinggi; (2) komitmen organisasi pada PT Pindad (Persero) dalam kategori tinggi; (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada PT Pindad (Persero) dalam kategori baik; (4) Quality of Work Life (QWL) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); (5) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); (6) Quality of Work Life (QWL) dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).Kata kunci: Quality of Work Life (QWL), Komitmen Organisasi, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) |
