Abstract. According to IDAI, one of the problems for teenagers today is the threat of HIV / AIDS. In 2016, there were 36.7 million people in the world with HIV. Adolescent sexual behavior and reproductive health appear as problems that cause HIV / AIDS. In Indonesia on 2015 there were 56.6% sexual behavior among male adolescents, namely: touching (43.0%), kissing (16.2%), and masturbation (23.1%). For female adolescents as much as 43.6%, namely: touching (36.2%), kissing (10.7%), and masturbation (6.6%). The purpose of this study was to find out information sources about reproductive health and also the relationship between the level of knowledge of adolescent reproductive health and adolescent sexual behavior. This research is observational analytical method with cross sectional study design and analyzed by chi-square test. The study was conducted in June 2018 at SMAN 2 Subang. The research subjects were class XI students of SMAN 2 Subang with sample of 93 student. The results of the study show that most students still get the most information about reproductive health from teachers / schools (36.6%), and the majority of students (63%) still did not have good knowledge while almost half of the participants (44.1%) had sexual behavior that tended to do adolescent sexual behavior. And there was found the relation between the level of knowledge and sexual behavior with the results of p-value = 0.02 <0.05. Abstrak. Menurut IDAI, salah satu masalah pada remaja saat ini adalah ancaman HIV/AIDS. Pada tahun 2016, terdapat 36,7 juta orang di dunia mengidap HIV. Perilaku seksual dan kesehatan reproduksi remaja muncul sebagai permasalahan yang menyebabkan HIV/AIDS. Di Indonesia pada tahun 2015 ditemukan adanya perilaku seksual yang dilakukan remaja laki-laki sebanyak 56,6% yaitu bersentuhan (43,0%), berciuman (16,2%), dan masturbasi (23,1%). Untuk remaja perempuan sebanyak 43,6% yaitu bersentuhan (36.2%), berciuman (10.7%), dan masturbasi (6.6%). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sumber informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja dengan perilaku seksual remaja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode analitik observational dan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian cross sectional dengan uji chi-square. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2018 di SMAN 2 Subang. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI SMAN 2 Subang dengan sampel sebanyak 93 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebanyakan siswa masih mendapatkan sumber informasi mengenai kesehatan reproduksi paling banyak dari guru/sekolah (36,6%), serta mayoritas siswa (63%) masih belum memiliki pengetahuan baik sedangkan hampir separuh dari peserta (44,1%) memiliki perilaku seksual yang berkecenderungan melakukan perilaku seksual remaja. Dan ditemukan adanya hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku seksual dengan hasil p-value = 0,02 < 0,05. |
