ABSTRAK Abortus adalah berakhirnya kehamilan sebelum janin cukup berkembang untuk dapat hidup diluar kandungan yakni sebelum usia kehamilan 20 minggu dari tanggal hari pertama haid terakhir atau berat janin kurang dari 500 gram. Abortus merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian ibu, yang dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor risiko diantaranya umur, pendidikan, paritas, dan interval ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik ibu ditinjau dari segi umur, pendidikan, paritas, dan interval terhadap abortus spontan di Rumah Sakit Al-Ihsan periode 2016 dan 2017. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan case control. Data adalah data sekunder diperoleh dari rekam medik, dan didapatkan 330 pasien kasus abortus spontan dan 330 wanita hamil yang melahirkan sebagai kontrol. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan chi-square table 2 x 2. Prevalensi abortus spontan di RSUD Al-Ihsan periode 1 Januari - 31 Desember 2016 dan 2017 adalah sebesar 13,66%. Karakteristik ibu dengan abortus spontan adalah kelompok umur <20 lebih besar dari umur 20 – 35 tahun (52,27% dan 47,07%). Kejadian abortus pada kelompok umur >35 tahun lebih besar dari kelompok umur 20 – 35 tahun (58,06% dan 47,07%). Kelompok risiko pendidikan < 6 tahun lebih kecil daripada umur > 6 tahun (43,15% dan 51,15%). Kelompok at risk paritas 0 lebih kecil dari kelompok paritas 1 – 3 (26,06% di banding 67,88%) . Kelompok risiko paritas >4 lebih kecil dari kelompok paritas 1 – 3 (6,06% dibanding 67,88%). Terdapat pengaruh karakteristik umur >35 tahun, paritas 0, dan interval > 4 dengan kejadian abortus.ABSTRACT Abortion is the ending of pregnancy before a process of fetal developing completely for living birth and ending of pregnancy before 20 weeks gestational age from the first day of last menstruation or a fetus weighing less than 500 g. Abortion is one of maternal mortality, it might be caused by few factors such as age, education, parity, and interval.The purpose of this research is to find the association between maternal characteristics and the occurence of abortion in RS Al-Ihsan in bandung period 1 Januari – 31 Desember 2016 and 2017. This type of research is observational analytic with a case control approach. The data were obtained medical data from medical records, and obtained 330 patients with spontaneous abortion cases and 330 pregnant women who gave birth as controls. Data were analyzed using Chi-square table 2 x 2. The prevalence of spontaneous abortion in Al-Ihsan General Hospital period 1 January - 31 December 2016 and 2017 is 13.66%. The characteristics of mothers with spontaneous abortion were the age group <20 greater than the age of 20-35 years (52.27% and 47.07%). The age group> 35 years is greater than the age group 20-35 years (58.06% and 47.07%). The education risk group <6 years was smaller than> 6 years old (43.15% and 51.15%). The group at risk for parity 0 was smaller than the parity group 1-3 (26.06% compared to 67.88%). The risk group for parity> 4 was smaller than the parity group 1-3 (6.06% compared to 67.88%). Has a characteristic influence of> 35 years old, parity 0, and interval> 4 with the incidence of abortion. |
