Abstract.elementary school children are national assets and a crucial human resource but they prone are to malnutrition. Inadequate mutritional intake during childhood can endanger cognitive development and interfere with academic achievement. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of breakfast on the result of elementary school children's report cards in Pertiwi Elementary School, Bandung City. This study uses an observational analytical method with a cross-sectional design using a total sampling selection technique. Data of breakfast habit is obtained through questionnaires and academic achievement seen from the average value of elementary school report cards. The research subjects consisted of 80 school children. Data processing was performed using chi-square test analysis. The research took place in Pertiwi Elementary School in Bandung Wetan Sub-district of Bandung City and was conducted on June 7th 2018. The results showed that most elementary school children in Pertiwi Elementary School, 46 people (57, 5%), had very good breakfast habits. Most, 42 people (52.5%), have good report cards. The value of p for the analysis of the effect of breakfast on the value of report cards is 0.035 (p value = 0.05). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between breakfast and the result of report cards of elementary school children in the Pertiwi Elementary School in Bandung Wetang District of Bandung CityKata kunci: Breakfast, Report CardAbstrak.Anak sekolah dasar merupakan aset negara yang sangat penting sebagai sumber daya manusia dan merupakan salah satu kelompok yang rawan mengalami kekurangan gizi . Asupan gizi yang tidak adequat selama masa kanak-kanak dapat membahayakan perkembangan kognitif dan mengganggu prestasi belajar disekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh sarapan pagi terhadap nilai raport anak sekolah dasar di SD Pertiwi Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analitik observasional dengan rancangan potong lintang menggunakan teknik pemilihan sampel total sampling. Data status sarapan didapat melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan prestasi belajar dilihat dari nilai rata-rata raport anak sekolah dasar. Terdapat 80 anak sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan analisis chi-square test.Tempat penelitian di SD Pertiwi Kecamatan Bandung Wetan Kota Bandung dilakukan pada tanggal 7 juni 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebagian besar anak sekolah dasar di SD Pertiwi memiliki kebiasaan sarapan pagi baik sekali sebanyak 46 orang (57,5%). Sebagian besar memiliki nilai raport baik sebanyak 42 orang (52,5%). Nilai p untuk analisis pengaruh sarapan pagi terhadap nilai raport adalah 0,035 (nilai p≤0,05). Simpulan terdapat hubungan antara sarapan pagi terhadap nilai rapot anak sekolah dasar di SD Pertiwi Kecamatan Bandung Wetang Kota Bandung.Kata kunci: Sarapan Pagi, Nilai Raport
