Abstract. Corporate governance is the key of an organization that is very important, in addition to governance as for the costs of CSR which is important to improve the company's image, GCG and CSR costs are one of the variables that can improve company performance. The current phenomenon is that many companies whose governance is not noticed, and many companies are not concerned with managing CSR costs for public disclosure. Thus, this study was conducted with the aim of testing the effect of Good Corporate Governance Mechanisms and Corporate Social Responsibility Costs on Company Performance. The population in this study are banking companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The data collection technique used in this study is to trace the company's annual report which obtained a sample of 13 companies with 3 years of data that will be examined using a sampling technique is purposive sampling. The variables used are Good Corporate Governance Mechanisms and Corporate Social Responsibility Costs as independent variables, while Company Performance as the dependent variable. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that the mechanism of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility Costs significantly influence Company Performance.Keywords: GCG Mechanism, CSR Costs, Company Performance.Abstrak. Tata kelola perusahaan adalah kunci dari suatu organisasi yang sangat penting, selain tata kelola adapun biaya CSR yang merupakan hal penting untuk meningkatkan citra perusahaan, GCG dan Biaya CSR adalah salah satu variabel yang mampu meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Fenomena saat ini banyak perusahaan yang tata kelolanya tidak di perhatikan, dan banyak pula perusahaan yang tidak mementingkan pengelolaan biaya CSR untuk pengungkapan terhadap masyarakat. Maka, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Mekanisme Good Corporate Governance dan Biaya Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan perbankan yang listing di BEI tahun 2016-2018. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menelusuri laporan tahunan perusahaan yang didapatkan sampel sebanyak 13 perusahaan dengan data 3 tahun yang akan diteliti dengan menggunakan Teknik penarikan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Variabel yang digunakan adalah Mekanisme Good Corporate Governance dan Biaya Corporate Social Responsibility sebagai variabel independen, sedangkan Kinerja Perusahaan sebagai variabel dependen. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Mekanisme Good Corporate Governance dan Biaya Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan.Kata Kunci: Mekanisme GCG, Biaya CSR, Kinerja Perusahaan |
