Abstract. The purpose of the regional autonomy policy is to provide opportunities and opportunities for the realization of good and clean governance in the regions, the implementation of regional government tasks must be based on the principle: effective, efficient, open and accountable. To see regional autonomy running effectively and efficiently, the government created a program, one of which was village funds. With the existence of a village funding program the poverty rate has decreased in Cicadas Village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of the village fund program on community welfare and to determine the effectiveness of the existence of a village fund program on community welfare in Cicadas Village, Rongga District, West Bandung Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Cicadas village communities with 80 respondents. The analysis model uses validity test and reliability test which is tested using SPSS. The results showed that the majority of Cicadas Village people knew of the existence of a village fund program because the information provided by the village government with a letter from each family head, this refers to the level of effectiveness of village funds on the welfare level of the cicadas village community, the majority of Cicadas Village community welfare levels increased with the existence of the program village funds and it is proven that the village fund program is very effective for the level of welfare of the Cicadas Village community.Keywords: Effectiveness, Welfare Improvement, Village Funds, SPSSAbstrak. Tujuan dari kebijakan otonomi daerah adalah memberi peluang dan kesempatan bagi terwujudnya pemerintahan yang baik dan bersih di daerah, pelaksanaan tugas pemerintah daerah harus didasarkan pada prinsip : efektif, efisien, terbuka dan akuntabel. Untuk melihat otonomi daerah berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien pemerintah membuat suatu program salah satunya dana desa. Dengan adanya program dana desa tingkat kemiskinan menurun di Desa Cicadas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program dana desa terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dengan adanya program dana desa terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Cicadas Kecamatan Rongga Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada masyarakat desa cicadas dengan jumlah responden 80 responden. Model analisis menggunakan Uji Validitas dan Uji Realibitas dengan diuji menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan mayoritas masyarakat Desa Cicadas mengetahui adanya program dana desa karena informasi yang diberikan pemerintah desa dengan surat selembaran tiap kepala keluarga, hal ini mengacu pada tingkat efektivitas dana desa terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat desa cicadas, mayoritas masyarakat Desa Cicadas tingkat kesejahteraanya meningkat dengan adanya program dana desa dan terbukti bahwa program dana desa sangat efektif bagi tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Cicadas.Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Peningkatan Kesejahteraan, Dana Desa, SPSS. |
