Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Leverage and Profitability against Underpricing Stocks This study used a descriptive method Quantitative descriptive analysis techniques on go-public company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the secondary analysis using quantitative methods. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25. The results of this study shows the influence of financial leverage and profitability of the Shares Underpricing simultaneously. The results showed that the variables are in proxied Financial Leverage (DER) has a significant influence on Underpricing Stocks (IR). And variable profitability in proksikan by (ROA) has significant influence to Underpricing Stocks (IR). This is evidenced by the magnitude of the effect of variable Financial Leverage and Profitability against Underpricing shares amounting to 63.9% and 36.1% influenced by other variablesKeywords: Financial Leverage, Profitability, Underpricing, go-public, ROA, DER, IR.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Financial Leverage dan Profitabilitas terhadap Underpricing Saham Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif  pada perusahaam go-public  yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun dengan analisis sekunder menggunakan metode kuantitatif.Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh Financial Leverage dan Profitabilitas terhadap Underpricing Saham secara simultan.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Financial Leverage yang di proksikan (DER) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Underpricing Saham (IR). Dan variabel Profitabilitas yang di proksikan oleh (ROA) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Underpricing Saham (IR). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan besarnya pengaruh variabel Financial Leverage dan Profitabilitas terhadap Underpricing Saham sebesar 63,9% dan 36,1% dipengaruhi variabel lainnya.Kata kunci: Financial Leverage, Profitabilitas, Underpricing, go-public, ROA, DER, IR.
