Abstract. This research examines The Influence of the influence of Research and Development , Business Affiliation , and Exports of the performance of company to companies that enrolled in the Bursa Efek Indonesia in 2015-2018 periode. The sample analysis technique done by using purposive sampling method and obtained 10 manufacturing companies who enrolled in a period of 2015-2018. Bursa Efek Indonesia Types of data being used is secondary data and use quantitative methods of financial reports and annual report. Company Analysis tools used researchers is linear regression analysis with the help of multiple spss 21 program.The result of this research that using multiple linear regression shows that Research and Development , and Business Affiliation in also had an impact significantly correlates with the company performance .In contrast to the Export of who do not have an influence upon the company performance.Simultaneously Research and Development , Business Affiliation , and Exports significant against the company performance with the R square of 0,437. This means that the independent variable able to explain the dependent variable of 43,7 % and 56.3 % influenced other variables.Keywords: Research and Development , Business Affiliation, Exports, Performance CompanyAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Research And Development, Afiliasi Bisnis, dan Ekspor Terhadap Kinerja Perusahan pada perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2018. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel penelitian sebanyak 10 Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2018. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder serta menggunakan metode kuantitatif berupa laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan perusahaan. Alat analisis yang digunakan peneliti adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 21Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan bahwa Research And Development,dan Afiliasi Bisnis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Berbeda dengan Ekspor yang tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja perusahaan.Secara simultan Research And Development, Afiliasi Bisnis, Dan Ekspor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,437. Hal tersebut berarti variabel independen mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 43,7% dan 56,3% dipengaruhi variabel lainKata kunci: Research And Development, Afiliasi Bisnis, Ekspor, Kinerja Perusahan |
