Abstract. This study aims to determine1whether there are some effect of the Company's Rating (as measured by the CGPI score) and Profitability (as measured by return on assets) towards Company Value. This research uses1descriptive method with quantitative methods as secondary data analisys in the CGPI companies which are the most trusted companies in the 2015-2018 period. Researchers used1multiple linear regression analysis tools from SPSS 20 programs. The results of this study indicate that the Company Rating1variable measured based on the CGPI score partially has no effect on Company Value. The profitability variable measured by return1on assets partially has a significant effect on Company Value. This study also states that the1Company's Rating and Profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on Company Value. This is proved by the significance1score of 0,000. Company Rankings and Profitability has an effect of 53.1% towards Company Value, the remaining 46.9% is influenced by other1variables.Keywords: Company Rating, CGPI Score, Profitability, Return On Assets, Company ValueAbstrak. Penelitian1ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh Peringkat Perusahaan (yang diukur berdasarkan skor CGPI) dan Profitabilitas (yang diukur dengan return on asset) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Deskriptif dengan analisis data sekunder menggunakan metode kuantitatif pada1perusahaan CGPI yang berpredikat most trusted companies periode 2015-2018. Peneliti menggunakan1alat analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini1menunjukkan bahwa variabel Peringkat Perusahaan yang diukur berdasarkan skor CGPI secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Variabel1Profitabilitas yang diukur dengan return on asset secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga menyatakan bahwa Peringkat Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas secara simultan berpengaruh1signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan1besarnya signifikansi 0,000. Peringkat Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas mempunyai pengaruh sebesar 53,1% terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, sisanya sebesar 46,9% dipengaruhi oleh1variabel lain.Kata kunci: Peringkat Perusahaan, Skor CGPI, Profitabilitas, Return On Asset, Nilai Perusahaan
