Abstract. The research aims to determine the factors that influence credit decisions on small and medium enterprises in microfinance at the Peer to Peer Lending institution in 2016-2017. The variables examined are credit rating, income range, loan term, loan purpose and requested amount. The study was conducted using multiple linear regression analyses. Sampling was carried out by the purposive sampling method which resulted in 50 UMKM as research samples. The results of research can be concluded that simultaneously, the entire independent variable i.e. credit rating, income range, loan term, loan purpose and requested amount significant effect on the decision of granting credit. While partially, only the loan term, loan purpose and requested amount have significant effect on the decision to give credit. The ability of an independent variable in explaining the dependent variable is only 27.8%, while the rest is 72.2% explained.Keywords: Peer to Peer Lending, UMKM, Koinworks.comAbstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pemberian kredit usaha mikro kecil dan menengah pada lembaga keuangan mikro Peer to Peer Lending tahun 2016-2017. Variabel yang diteliti adalah credit rating, income range, loan term, loan purpose dan requested amount. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling yang menghasilkan 50 UMKM sebagai sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan, keseluruhan variabel independent yaitu credit rating, income range, loan term, loan purpose dan requested amount berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit. Sedangkan secara parsial, hanya loan term, loan purpose dan requested amount berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pemberian kredit. Kemampuan variabel independen dalam menjelaskan variabel dependen hanya sebesar 27,8%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 72,2% dijelaskan oleh faktor diluar variabel independen.Kata kunci: Peer to Peer Lending, UMKM, Koinworks.com
