Abstract. At this time the competition between companies is increasing, the progress of a company can be seen from how the company's success in achieving its goals and being able to compete with intense competition between companies. The purpose of this research is 1) To know the level of Work Spirit and Work Discipline at PT. Lintas Mediatama Bandung. 2) To know the level of Employee Productivity at PT. Lintas Mediatama Bandung. 3) Analyzing how work spirit and work discipline on employee productivity at PT. Lintas Mediatama Bandung. The method of this research is descriptive and verification analysis and it was calculated by using SPSS 23.0 program. Methods of collecting data obtained through observations and questionnaires. The respondents of this research were 58 employees of PT. Lintas Mediatama Bandung. Sampling techniques with Slovin formulas and probability sampling techniques. The variables in this study were work spirit (X1) and work discipline (X2), and employee productivity (Y). The results of this study prove that: 1) Work Spirit on PT. Lintas Mediatama belongs to the good category. 2) Work Discipline on PT. Lintas Mediatama belongs to the high category. 3) The Employee Productivity on PT. Lintas Mediatama belongs to the high category. 4) Work spirit has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. 5) Work spirit has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. 6) Work spirit and work discipline has positive and significant effects simultaneously. The conclution of this research is there are influence between work spirit and work discipline on employee productivity at PT. Lintas Mediatama Bandung.Keywords: Work Spirit, Work Discipline, Employee Productivity.Abstrak. Pada saat ini persaingan antar perusahaan semakin meningkat, kemajuan dari sebuah perusahaan dapat dilihat dari bagaimana keberhasilan perusahaan tersebut dalam mencapai tujuannya dan mampu bersaing dengan ketatnya persaingan antar perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui tingkat semangat kerja dan disiplin kerja pada karyawan PT. Lintas Mediatama Bandung. 2) untuk mengetahui tingkat produktivitas pada karyawan PT. Lintas Mediatama Bandung. 3) Menganalisis bagaimana semangat kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT. Lintas Mediatama Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan megoperasikan perhitungannya menggunakan program SPSS 23.0. Metode pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Lintas Mediatama Bandung yang berjumlah 58 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan rumus slovin dan teknik probability sampling. Variabel yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah Semangat kerja (X1) dan Disiplin Kerja (X2), sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah Produktivitas Karyawan (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa: 1) Semangat kerja pada PT. Lintas Mediatama termasuk kategori baik. 2) Disiplin kerja pada PT. Lintas Mediatama termasuk kategori tinggi. 3) Produktivitas karyawan pada PT. Lintas Mediatama termasuk kategori tinggi. 4) Semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. 5) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. 6) Semangat kerja dan Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara semangat kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas di PT. Lintas Mediatama Bandung.Kata kunci: Semangat Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Produktivitas |
