Abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine after-sales services offered by the official Suzuki cipadung workshop ujung berung no.198 Bandung,to find out the responses of respondents regarding after-sales services offered,to find out the responses of respondents regarding purchase decisions, to determine the effect of after-sales service on purchasing decisions.The research method used is a survey method, this type of research is descriptive verification.The sampling technique used was accidental sampling.The population in this study were 100 respondents who had used Product Suzuki motor.Data collection techniques used were questionnaires.Data analysis method used is a simple linear analysis to determine the direction of the relationship between the independent variable (X) with the dependent variable (Y). The results of this study stated that after-sales services offered after-sales services have not been optimal and need to be fixed in several after sales servise sectors. Respondents regarding the after-sales services offered by the official Suzuki cipadung workshop ujung berung no.198 Bandung in the category are sufficient. Respondents regarding the decision to buy on the official Suzuki cipadung workshop ujung berung no.198 Bandung in the sufficient category.There is a significant influence between after-sales service on purchasing decisions on The official Suzuki cipadung workshop ujung berung bandung.Keywords: After sales service, purchase decisionAbstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui layanan purna jual yang ditawarkan Bengkel Resmi Suzuki Cipadung ujung berung bandung, untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden mengenai layanan purna jual yang ditawarkan, untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden mengenai keputusan pembelian, untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh layanan purna jual terhadap keputusan pembelian.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey, jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang telah menggunakan Produk Suzuki Motor. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis linier sederhana untuk mengetahui arah hubungan antara variabel independent (X) dengan variabel dependent (Y).Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa layanan purna jual yang ditawarkan layanan purna jual belum optimal dan perlu di perbaiki pada beberapa sektor layanan purna jual. Tanggapan responden mengenai layanan purna jual yang ditawarkan bengkel resmi Suzuki cipadung ujung berung no.198 bandung dalam kategori cukup. Tanggapan responden mengenai keputusan pembelian pada bengkel resmi Suzuki cipadung ujung berung no.198 bandung dalam kategori cukup. Terdapat pengaruh cukup besar antara layanan purna jual terhadap keputusan pembelian pada bengkel resmi Suzuki cipadung ujung berung Bandung.Kata kunci: Layanan purn jual, Keputusan Pembelian. |
