Abstract. In improving employee performance, integrated efforts are needed through psychological factors that underlie a person's relationship with his organization. One such factor is Emotional Intelligence. And the success of organizations that require employees who are willing to work more than what should be their duties that have been set in the job description of employees known as Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study aims to determine the Effect of Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office. This research uses descriptive verification method. The data of this study were obtained from the method of presenting data from the responses of 45 respondents who were taken from various fields. Technical analysis of multiple linear regression. The results showed that emotional intelligence, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and employee performance were in the high category. Salah satu faktor tersebut ialah Kecerdasan Emosional. Serta keberhasilan organisasi yang membutuhkan pegawai yang mau bekerja lebih dari apa yang seharusnya menjadi tugasnya yang telah diatur dalam job description karyawan yang dikenal sebagai Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT.Taspen (Persero) Kantor Cabang Utama Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verivikatif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari metode penyajian data dari hasil tanggapan responden sebanyak 45 karyawan yang diambil dari berbagai macam bidang. Teknis analisis regresi linie berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan kinerja karyawan berada pada kategori tinggi. Besar pengaruh secara simultan kecerdasan emosional dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan kinerja karyawan sebesar 51,4 % dan berpengaruh secara signifikanKata kunci: Kecerdasan Emosional, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kinerja Karyawan.
