Abstract. Conflict and work stress is one thing that is sure to happen in personal life and in the work environment. This study aims to determine the effect of work conflict and work stress on the performance of BJB Bank Bandung branch employees. The formulation in this study is whether work conflict and work stress affect employee performance. The sample in this study amounted to 30 respondents. The analytical model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study prove that work conflict and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: work conflict, work stress, employee performanceAbstrak. Konflik dan stres kerja adalah satu hal yang pasti akan terjadi dalam kehidupan pribadi dan di lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan cabang BJB Bank Bandung. Rumusan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah konflik kerja dan stres kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 30 responden. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dalam penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa konflik kerja dan stres kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: konflik kerja, stres kerja, kinerja karyawan |
